It is with great sadness and also hope that we share of the loss of a beloved citizen of Athol and future citizen (by faith) of heaven. On 07/26/2023 Sharon Fisher was laid to rest and is awaiting the call of Christ from the grave when He returns to take His faithful ones home. Although a very sad loss of wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin, friend and church family member. In fact, Sharon touched many lives of the residence of Athol and beyond, so much so that she was selected as Athol Citizen of the Year for 2023. Her joy and desire to serve others is an inspiration to all who knew her well. Add to this the comfort and joy we find in the blessed hope of being reunited with her again at the first resurrection. We look forward to the promised day to come when we can be reunited together with Christ with our new bodies no longer affected by sin. Come soon Lord Jesus!
